Use Cases and Deployment Scope
The product is used by our HRM department, managers, and team leads. As a team lead, I use Raet Youforce for the administration of HRM-related documentation and to file team member information such as:
<ul><li>salary slips (requests)</li><li> vacation/holiday leave, sick leave</li><li> working conditions, employment contract, planning and training interviews</li><li> declaration for (traveling) expenses</li><li> overview of benefits (secondary working conditions)</li><li> absenteeism reporting (as manager/team lead)</li></ul>

- Overview of vaction/sickness for your team
- Self service for declararions, sickness and vacation leave
Cons
- Performance when filling in cost declaration, travelling expenses
- Overall performance, portal react slow sometimes
