Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use REALTOR.COM for my everyday Real Estate Business needs. I refer my Buyer and Seller Clients to use REALTOR.COM, instead of the Big 3 competitors that are ruining the real estate industry market! In my opinion, REALTOR.COM doesn't steal me leads and sell them back to me! Their site is updated on a Regular Basis! You'll find very few, out of date listings! REALTOR.COM is a site that's still trusted by us REALTORS!

Pros

Up to Date Listings
They contribute dues to NAR
The give Sellers realistic price points for properties!

Cons

Offer more leads for REALTORS
Remove listing's that are over 6 Months old.

Likelihood to Recommend

I have received some rental leads from REALTOR.COM. They don't generate an Agent a lot of Money but eventually that referral can convert into a Buyer! I'll accept rental leads, due to that potential benefit. However, the leads were pretty far away from my preferred target areas.
