Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our company uses RedTeam on a daily [basis]. It is by far one of the most user friendly CPM platforms that I have ever used. The training on the program for new hires is well received and new hires feel confident using the program. We use the program to manage all our projects and also putting together bids for new pursuits. The look of the proposal is very detailed and professional. It allows for seamless communication between each respective team member.

Pros

Building a proper estimate/proposal
Managing the project from start to finish, including any changes
The accounting process works well with our quickbooks, making the process for accounting easy

Our company gives RedTeam a 10 out of 10. They have been an investment well spent. We know that we are more profitable and efficient because we utilize RedTeam Software. I recommend RedTeam at least once a month to colleagues in the industry. We have also noticed that some of our partners also use RedTeam, this helps to speak volumes when we are presenting together. RedTeam is at the top of its class.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

RedTeam is used throughout our entire organization. From the office to the Superintendents in the field. It allows us to all access the same information quickly and easily without having to save things in multiple places.

Cons

Inability to delete certain information such as old duplicate vendors, contacts, etc.
I run into a lot of road blocks with obscure permissions
Some reports have issues when printing

Likelihood to Recommend

RedTeam does a good job of allowing the company to view information in a way that is helpful to them. The superintendents out in the field don't necessarily need to see all of the same information that the people in the office do, so field share has been great for helping them manage their projects and submit daily reports of job progress. I can see this program working for both small and large companies and with a few tweaks, I might rate it even higher.
