Phone System Functionality

RingEX is our phone system. We have been virtual since 2013; before it was cool, we knew we needed a cloud-based phone system.

Remote Work Capabilities

We use RingEX all along the organization for communication with external people: tenants, vendors and owners. It’s a great product to have a job phone number and don’t need to give your personal number.

Missing Features/Functionality

Functionality - Basic phone system functions are included and work well, but many business focused features such as IVR are locked behind expensive contact center solutions.

Customer Support Issues

Support - The onboarding process was poor, and ongoing support has become almost non-existent. It's sometimes easy to get an agent on the phone, but it's a crap shoot if the agent can actually help you and trouble tickets are a black hole that never get resolved.
