RumbleUp is a political (P2P) texting platform used by the GOP national committees along with 2,400+ campaigns and organizations across the country, from the company of the same name headquartered in Washington, D.C. RumbleUp's Enhanced Video Texting (EVT) allows users to send clear, 30 second videos embedded directly in messages (not linked to, but appearing within) to all phone types and phone carriers. Custom captions are also added to make videos accessible to phones on silent and to capture the attention of an audience.
