Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used SaaSquatch in our organization to find new marketing opportunities with other online businesses and manufacturers. The referral and reward program is nicely designed and allows us to connect with other companies and also gain referrals and rewards. We have found a need to find a way to provide a referral program to our customers and this is a great way to make that happen.

Pros

  • Easily works with our CRM
  • Campaign Management
  • Tracking of referrals and rewards

Cons

  • Pricing is a bit high.
  • There are a lot of other alternatives that do the same.
  • Fraud detection isn't as robust and confident as I would like it.

Likelihood to Recommend

I believe SaaSquatch is well suited for any company that wants to provide a referral and reward program to its customer and find new ways to market with other businesses. If you can find a plan that fits with a return I think this will work wonders for your operations.

This scenario is true, especially for SAAS industries. Often times we focus on giving rewards and incentives to either employees or customers. But, we forget one another important segment of people i.e. the vendors/channel partners. Running channel incentive programs is a great way to increase sales of your software. Linking gift cards with X% of sales is a great way to keep partners motivated to sell your product more than your competitor's.
