- It gathers all of the essential details of a trip and presents it in a simple and efficient view. Our users particularly like that they can each choose in what own order they prefer that data to appear.
- It conveniently allows travelers to share their itineraries with others.
Cons
- It would be nice if access to live support were easily accessible from the app. Sometimes it's just easier to hit a button and chat with someone than to read through FAQs.
Return on Investment
- It has significantly reduced the amount of time our travel department was spending answering hotline calls from employees who (for example) couldn't remember their flight number or which hotel we booked or what time a coworker was scheduled to arrive.
- Overall, it has made our travelers become so much more self-sufficient, and as a result, our agents now have the time to focus on continuous improvement initiatives.
