Use Cases and Deployment Scope

To capture customer leads, follow them up and update the status of the enquiries, convert them into opportunities, and finally convert them into sales where we update the details of the customers, the product that the customer enquired for. Also to store the customer data and use them for future analysis.

  • Retrieving the data with ease

Cons

  • Adding dashboards to draw analysis
  • Sometime it takes too much time to load and even crashes
  • Integrating with other database software and visualization tools

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for larger organizations, especially product-based companies. Where we store customer details, particularly for the product that the customer has enquired. It may not be well suited for smaller organisations. It has so many features and advantages, times it can be overwhelming for someone who have no experience of using the software before.
