We use SAP Card Management in conjunction with Concur. Our employees use the cards to book travel and training, and then create expense reports for said expenses.

- Alerts are not up to date with new User Interface layout which is misleading to users.
- When have issues it would be easier to call than put in ticket and wait for response.
