As per my opinion, it is suitable for both medium and large organizations because it provides you flexibility and scalability. So you don't have to worry about initial infrastructure cost. Even it fulfills your future infrastructure requirements. For smaller organizations it is expensive solution but they can go for it.

We use it for product management and for various processes. In our department, we primarily use it for manufacturing and expiration data for product orders and stock maintenance. we use it to generate process orders and also for the release of batches. For the packing department, we use it for the price of product updation.

It is well organized. One can use it for the company's portfolio management. Various tasks can be done for managerial purposes. One can track the material from start to end product: for example, raw material, packing material & consumable material to formulated bulk and formulated drug product. This can help to manage spending as well as finding costing of the product.

Mobile banking ,customer service and support ,fraud detection and prevention,Account management are the areas where SAP HANA Cloud is very handy and useful but for leagcy system integration , preference for on-premise solutions , maintence projects and frequent changes in data model are the where SAP HANA Cloud will not be very useful. Although SAP HANA Cloud is a very robust and versatile platform
