Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Used it as a tool to schedule events and meetings. It is very useful when it comes to scheduling meetings and calendar invites for outlook and integrates with our existing set of applications. The fact that the product is very easy to use and integrates seamlessly with existing Microsoft makes it a good choice for us.

Pros

  • Invitations
  • Rescheduling
  • Integration with the existing tools.

Cons

  • Better user interface.
  • Color scheme needs to improve.
  • Better support.

Likelihood to Recommend

Everyday use is good enough, we don't have an overly complicated product that allows us to complete the tasks given to us and schedule and reschedule the meetings. The ability to allow the user to control the scheduling of meetings and look in the calendar for specific timelines has never been easier. The stress that is on the user is taken away from the user by the tool itself.

A multipurpose tool

Rating: 7 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Know the actual hours of each worker, delays and incidents, configurable and customizable reports to see hours worked, costs, margins, and much more. To carry out the evaluation is to use solutions that automate data collection, allow presence to be recorded through different methods, and present different functionalities such as the issuance of all types of reports.

Pros

  • Your access data is stored in a secure environment.
  • Ease of use to make transfers at the entrance and exit.

Cons

  • Any change is a difficult process.
  • Proper internal communication is important to make employees understand.

Likelihood to Recommend

It has several clocking methods, a multilingual and multi-device time control software, and transparency of its own operation. This type of application also helps to control part-time contracts, tasks can be simplified, and you have access to precise data. You will be able to also compare this information with the data you have extracted.

Great product and great value!

  • Great customer service

ProsI noticed a lot of businesses use this software and how clean and user-friendly the interface was so I signed up to see if clients can reserve a time without needing to email me to schedule a time. It was so easy and a breeze to get it done!ConsIt only serves to reserve an appointment but it would be nice to include some files of each customer attached to each appointment in the platform but I'm just being nitpicky here

Schedulicity Saves The Day

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a private academic tutoring center. We have 14 tutors and we use it to manage the tutors' schedules.

Pros

  • Easy to set the software up.
  • Customize tutors' schedules.
  • Entering days off.

Cons

  • I would like the ability to search the schedules of all tutors for the next available opening.
  • When scheduling a provider off for a day or if the provider is sick, I would like the program to ask me if I need to cancel all appointments for the provider and allow me to give a message to the client why it is being canceled.
  • Office closed messages. - If I close the office for a week because of vacation, spring break, etc... I would like Schedulicity to cancel all the appointments on the specified dates and give me the option to send a message to my client's explaining why we are closed. Currently, I need to go into each individual provider and mark the days off and then go into each provider's schedule and cancel each appointment. It takes a long time to do this with 14 employees. It would be easier to indicate the business is closed, cancel all provider's appointments on those days, and then have an option to send a notification to clients indicating why the center is closed.

I love this program. Prior to using Schedulicity, I was using a manual schedule and it was a nightmare. I had to manage my own email list and phone list. I had to keep track of the employees' days in and days out each week. Schedulicity has saved me hours of work. The email blasts are wonderful. It has taken the headache and frustration out of scheduling.
