Additionally, the limited customization options for video themes may not be suitable for users who need more flexibility in terms of design and layout. Other video recording and sharing platforms may be a better fit in these cases.

Sendspark has improved a lot. We bought it last year and since then they have built a lot of new features. We use Sendspark for a personalized video that is attached to our prospect we send to either via email or LinkedIn message. Sendspark is a stable tool that simply works with 0 hassle and issues.

The best use case is you can create a personalized video with dynamic variables like [name], [email], etc., and send it to your prospect. Then you can also attach your affiliate link behind a button and redirect your prospect to the service you offer. It's really handy as we have created some videos for our affiliate partners and they can share them with their audience. Completely for free. Done for them.

I've been using this tool for several months and have had nothing but positive experiences. Our support contact has been a joy to work with and extremely helpful as we learnt how to use their platform successfully. It's been incredible to witness this team's dedication to their product and clients as they transitioned from an early test to a public launch. I'm also a big fan of the UX: simple and effective. I fully recommend it.

Use this to communicate with people who work for the same firm or with persons who are outside the organization. Utilize this to encourage clients to quickly and easily record testimonials. Put crucial videos on the cloud using this.

An amazing solution in the area of screen recording solutions. We use this tool to do multiple things at our company, we have been using it to record internal training, customer guides, and customer reviews, and initiate quick discussions. We can't imagine working without this solution now.

Best suited for explainers, guides, and troubleshooting videos. It may not be best for marketing/ landing page videos.

Amazing software that allows more personality with a streamlined workflow in outreach and review workflows (at least that's how we use it). Sendspark helps us get more replies from prospects and video reviews, we get way more replies using Sendspark than traditional methods.

I'm currently using it for email outreach to individual leads and have some great response rates and engagement due to the personalised nature of the platform. We also use Sendpark to get video reviews submitted which has always been a problem in the past. Sendspark has improved the amount of replies we get.

Many moons ago our team used to use YouTube videos, unlist them and insert the hyperlink in our emails. Thankfully, times have changed!! We first used to use Loom for years, but the reason we switched to Sendpark last year was due to the ability to fully brand and white label our account so that our video URLs have our own domain (Loom only lets you change the logo). We also love the customizable templates we can save (such a timesaver), and the request-a-reply feature! Sendspark allows us to effectively communicate with our clients and prospects which allows us to be more personable and we couldn't imagine not using the platform. So far we are happy with Sendspark and look forward to seeing future enhancements!

Sendspark is great for providing client support and visual guidance and explanations which highly reduces back-and-forth email time. It's also a great way to introduce yourself to prospects so they can put a face to the business, which makes the experience more personable. I'm glad to see that Loom finally has some solid competition and Sendspark offers more custom branding abilities!

I'm in the process of rebranding my company. As a coach and consultant, I needed a viable solution to connect with my clients in a more personalized manner. Sendspark stepped up to the plate to fill the gap from sub-par customer interaction to amazing direct-connect responses. Bethany and the team at Sendspark have been super responsive and reliable in helping me to re-think customer interaction and satisfaction by creating software that exceeded my expectations.

Sendspark is great for consultants, coaches, creatives, and influencers (+so many more niches) that want to leave an indelible imprint in the minds of those they are serving or would like to serve. If you need to send an email and want to include a video option in a newsletter or even a blog post, Sendspark is the way to go. Likewise, create a tutorial or use it for a job interview, the options are endless. My only main area for improvement is that if you want a desktop version + app, you may have to go elsewhere as this software is desktop only.

This will spark your interest! Traditionally emails can be so dry and boring. Sendspark is different - it’s an amazing platform, has a fab team, and has an exciting roadmap to boot! Based on the provided benchmarks of 2x increase in email opens (when you use “video” in the subject line), 3x email increase in CTR, and 2-10x increase in replies and conversions, I’m looking forward to realizing similar stats from using the platform for my company & clients alike. A big THANKS to founders who are clearly receptive to feedback, and suggestions and determined to build a tight working relationship with their user base. Back to the platform - videos are easy to record, and will stand out in recipients' inboxes & thankfully I can replace all the other cumbersome tools I previously used. Sendspark is very well suited to increase engagement for sales follow-up or for ongoing communication. It may be less suited as a means of 1st contact - but that’s my gut feeling and analyzing the data may prove that wrong…

When I first heard about Sendspark I asked Bethany 'what makes you different from all the other video platforms?' to which the response was 'you will actually use us because we are so much easier to implement into your workflow than everyone else'. She was right! We use Sendspark to send personalized one to one videos by email to existing and prospective clients

Sendspark is well suited for adding videos to your existing workflows. That could be one-to-one sales presentations (email or LinkedIn) or website & newsletter embeds. You can also ask someone to respond by video either to further explain their questions or answer yours, so it works well for recruiting and sales & customer support scenarios.

Not certain about less appropriate, it works well for our use cases.
