Sequoia One has a Great Service; Time for the Sequoia One app to Catch up

We use Sequoia One as our PEO for US-based employees. Sequoia One is their app that you use to interact with the PEO for payroll, benefits, policies, etc. When we were selecting a PEO we also looked at the web-based and mobile applications from both a user and administrator perspective. While we liked Sequoia One app less than that of its competitor, we selected Sequoia One as our PEO for other reasons
Pros
- Information is centrally located, albeit very hard to find at times
- Better from a user perspective than administrator
Cons
- Integration of Prism is going way too slowly.
- Information is often too hard to find as an administrator. That shouldn't be
Likelihood to Recommend
Sequoia One is an excellent PEO. On that point alone, I would give them a 10+. Their app, Sequoia One, drags them down. company uses a PEO when it's more cost efficient to take advantage of Sequoia One's reach and purchasing power to provide benefits and payroll services.
