Siemens' Valor is a software tool in manufacturing and process engineering editions.

Its manufacturing solutions enable utilizing data generated across production operations. The solutions provides a platform for gathering, analyzing and leveraging data from all machines and processes on the shop floor. Dashboards and reports provide views into equipment, line and factory performance, including enterprise resource planning (ERP). Manufacturing analytics for materials and automation of material between workstations support just-in-time (JIT) replenishment to lines and increase production efficiency, to enable users to reduce material inventory and obsolescence.

Valor process engineering solutions simplify surface mount technology (SMT) process collateral, so users meet the engineering demands of high-mix, low-volume production.It delivers PCB collateral from a single digital twin product model to reduce the work on the machines before a program is finalized. Data preparation activities such as CAD import, BOM import, panelization and part data management create the digital twin of the PCB assembly. The model can be used to deliver data to stencil design, SMT programming, inspection programming, test programming and assembly work instructions.
