Improve Developer's Communication Skills, sometimes the new developer onboarded has difficult to communicate clearly initially but picks up well after sometime with no impact on the project.

This is what I love about Simform - The people I work with are amazing: both the UX designer and senior developer were quick to onboard, eager to get to know the industry and deliver their tasks at a rapid pace. Thanks to them I don't have to worry about falling behind on our roadmap. - Communication & customer service-> dedicated slack channel, quick to reply. I not 'just' work with 2 people, Simform has an entire project management system in place with multiple people so it's super easy to reach out to them and ask a questions - Flexibility and great value -> As a business owner I have to keep tight control on cashflow. With Simform, payment and contracts are very flexible, giving me enough confidence to flexibly scale-up my business rather. Furthermore, their pricing is both transparent and of really great value, so to me that definitely de-risks outsourcing this part of my business to Simform. I already had a small software development team in place (2 software developers + myself as product owner), so as an extension to the team Simform has been great. I have no experience myself in completely outsourcing development to Simform.
