FotoNotes is our trusted, customized management system for managing our workflow. Essentially, we manage inspection, maintenance, and repair activities, via virtual communications with off-site, third-party subcontractors. So, FotoNotes is our platform for creating work events, dispatching, tracking, communicating, recording, etc., and likewise is the system our vendors use to communicate work results, including digital photos and notations among other things. Also, we've created a highly-complex integration of FotoNotes and Yardi's P260 system, which provides us great additional efficiencies and opportunities. And the integration involves many automated system responses and actions. Because FotoNotes is so highly customizable to the user, and because the people at FotoNotes have been great to work with, I highly recommend the product.
