Sitejabber helps us improve our online presence by increasing customer loyalty and retention, building trust, and sharing on social networks like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Sitejabber helps by integrating reviews into marketing content and social media efforts to improve our reputation. Provide options that encourage common sense in communicating with our consumers by responding to their reviews, whether in public or private, to provide a more personalized experience and increase customer retention and loyalty.

Cons

I would like Sitejabber to extend the capabilities of the free version, it currently has several limits.

We use Sitejabber to find out legit businesses we are dealing with online, as in the past we have faced some issues with businesses turning out to be scamming businesses. We have read all the reviews of businesses and decided if we wanted to deal with other ones. It has helped us a lot in making decisions.

Pros

Showing us reviews about the companies.
Helping us decide if we want to work with those businesses.
Finding out work ethics and CSR of the business provided by other reviewers.

Cons

It has slow customer services.
Too many ads on reviews pages.
Anyone can write reviews, unverified users trying to make their company look really good by hiding real reviews.

Sitejabber has helped us a lot in verifying if the business is not a scam, we have always taken the references from it and used them to decide if the business is legit or not. It's very easy to use and the app is very effective. We have received reviews for our company and have provided reviews for other companies we wanted to deal with.

I buy a lot of stuff online, and Sitejabber is a perfect extension for me to look at the site's ratings to avoid online scams and fake e-commerce stores. Using Sitejabber with chrome extension is very easy. Visit the site you want to shop and click on the extension; this gives all the ratings and details of the website to avoid scams. You can also ask questions about the website, and the community can help with the answers.

We use Sitejabber to manage customer reviews and customer feedback for our online retail marketplace. We have been very happy with their service. The last year has been pretty difficult on our business so we had to downgrade for the time being but I would recommend Sitejabber to any business needing help managing customer feedback.

I believe that Sitejabber is well suited for any online retail store or marketplace that is looking for a great platform to manage their customer reviews and customer feedback. I do not know if it will be worthwhile for offline businesses but for online businesses it is a great solution.
