We decided to go with Sitetraker to solve the multiple bottlenecks that the company was dealing with. This tool has helped us in our daily project management tasks, to smooth out and speed up this process, as well as to streamline among the different stakeholders involved. My team loves using customizable templates that come with the service, without needing to have coding knowledge. I personally also love its analytics features, which support decision-making and looking back at performance.

Sometimes it takes a longer time to load, so the speed could be better

Sitetracker came of great help to streamline our processes in terms of launching omnichannel initiatives. It provides assistance for project managers to launch all their projects with ease, it has scalability, flexibility, and logical workflows. It also came at a reasonable price considering the bundle of services that it could be paired with. On the opposite hand, the features take a long time to load at times.

The best part of Sitetracker is project management module is working great and without an issue. It has a user friendly dashboard that all of your applications and modules in a one screen. That means a lot when you are trying to focus your work. You can collabrate with your teammates at the same time.

We use Sitetracker to manage high volume projects like forecasting and scheduling a high volume of repeatable projects to optimize project capacity and expedite closeout packages or to visualize site locations, maps, segments, assets, and inventory to significantly reduce rework and increase productivity. Sitetracker integrates with our Oracle ERP system to control costs and manage payments as projects progress. Sitetracker effectively allows us to collaborate with partners and vendors to easily assign jobs, share site maps etc.

Cloud platform built on Salesforce to offer smart document Management and enterprise grade security

Sitetracker makes it super convenient to manage multiple infrastructure projects with ease and also helps in deploying with better efficiency & visibility. We used it to maintain and organize the process of construction at different sites for our organization.

Makes the planning and execution of big projects buttery smooth.
Create great visibility using the easy-to-use interface and AI-driven analytics for all the stakeholders

Cons

So the availability of the platform should be more, i.e. it should give support for desktop, android and iOs apps with smartwatch widget support also
The AI generated reports can be bit drilled down and made more user friendly as there are a lot of data so it can easily be quite wholesome for someone new.
The overall speed of the application can be improved and it should have data centers in different regions too for faster delivery of services.

And that's how it has made the ecosystem quite complete by introducing various feature sets for the construction process, and it has included AI Reports and Insights which are really helpful. The overall product engineering is an absolute treat for all the users, as most of the features are built keeping the target audience in mind.

Sitetracker is actually one of the best platform I have used over the years and it has really help me alot in giving full report of my site and which is accurate based on comparison with other related platform. Sitetracker helps me to Effectively manage my site without much issues and also I like the user interface which is very easy to understand and it makes my works easier. One most important benefits I derive from using this platform is that it helps me to easily know were to improve and were not to improve on my site and since I have been using it my site have been in a good condition.
