Use Cases and Deployment Scope

SmarterU manages and tracks all of the training requirements for our whole organization. In aviation, the control of training is a significant requirement. SmarterU allows us to manage the different training requirements to all of the various positions in the company, from pilots to maintenance and everyone in between. Many training requirements have a recurrence to them and SmarterU allows us to track that.

Pros

Deliver online Ttraining.
Record training requirements.
Build training templates based on job role.
Good user interface.
The developers are very responsive and will implement improvement suggestions.

Cons

Reporting System can be improved.

Likelihood to Recommend

I think that SmarterU can be implemented in any organization in any industry. Especially in industries with more complex training requirements. The administration of the system is simple and the usability of the system to end users is even more simple.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use SmarterU as our learning management system to train all new employees and additionally to provide ongoing and annual training updates to current staff.

Pros

Software works on multiple devices: computer, iPad, iPhone, Chromebook, etc.
Easy to navigate

Cons

Software could be gamified better.
Should provide more opportunities for interactive learning.
Sometimes glitchy and logs users out in the middle of a training module.

Likelihood to Recommend

SmarterU works and is much more cost-effective than other LMS systems out there. Support was great in the beginning when creating initial training.
