Snow License Manager (SLM) is used as a tool in our Software Asset Management function. It allows us to obtain a compliance position, and report on licenses, installations and users of software on end-user devices and servers. The license intelligence applied with this solution saves great deal of time when handling applications and their licenses, as the correct metrics will nearly always be automatically selected for a specific product. SLM has a wealth of reports that we regularly use, it's also a useful tool for audit against our CMDB, to confirm hardware configurations.

We use Snow License Manager for compliancy check on software licenses. Snow License Manager is also used by the IT engineers for information about the usage of software product with the hospital. Snow License Manager give us a " live" view of al servers and clients useds within the hospital, thsi information is used in IT asset management and lifecycle of the hardware items.
