We use Squadcast as an alert management system for critical business process and technology functions. It solves for not having teams or resources online and active in a 24/7 manner by being configured to monitor events set with specific thresholds or criteria and automating communication to various channels. It has taken that first line of defense out of our hands and into a trusted system.

We tied Squadcast into our CI/CD pipeline for Airflow monitoring of workflows, and had it looking for failures and specific jobs. Then communicating out to a resource group with automated no answer or response next person communication. A lot of tools stop at one generic communication, but Squadcast allows you to take it a step further.
