Symantec Deepsight helps us to stay away from malware and threat attacks on our network. The regular updates on the tool keep it up to date. Deepsight feeds help us to analyze the threats. It has a very friendly UI to work with and it does provide detailed information on detected threats. They do provide multiple service levels to choose from according to our needs. Email notification works well.

It is good to monitor viruses and threat detection in our systems and it does provide detailed information on the detected threat. Email and phone alerts can be configured to keep us updated. It does get updated frequently. Pricing is high only top-level license has every feature. Customer support can be improved.
