Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Sympa as a custom HR Portal and it houses a wealth of information for staff members. Personally, I used it heavily to guide me during my onboarding with set tasks that were assigned to me. It's also where I update my quarterly quota numbers and enter my yearly PDP details. I can also look up our entire org chart and find contact details and employment info for all our employees - especially helpful since we're a global company. It's also used for PTO requests making it simple to track your available days off that remain.
