Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use it for QSEHRA. We wanted to offer medical reimbursement as a small non-profit, but without all the admin side (which is where Take Command came in to help).

Pros

  • Customer Service
  • Reminder Emails
  • Summary of Reimbursement is easy

Cons

  • When there is a compliance check, being more clear about why it didn't "pass"
  • Phone call from customer service when compliance check was rejected would be helpful
  • otherwise, super happy with it.

Return on Investment

  • less administrative time so can focus on program development
  • One less tasks to worry about in a sea of thousands of tasks
  • employees receive a benefit that would have otherwise been to difficult to manage without Take Command

Take Command Health allows us to easily manage and offer health insurance to our employees. The dashboard is super easy to use, gives employees guidance when shopping for insurance and has great tax benefits! For us it was a no brainer as health insurance is very expensive for our small business and it's a must when trying to retain top talent. Their platform has been a win for us!

When you have a small company it is hard to wear an HR hat when it is not your specialty.

Having Take Command take the Reimbursement for healthcare off my plate was really helpful.

They are the best in this space.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In my experience, employees that don't email back. I honestly think your platform is pretty confusing, and if you have inactive employees that never even sign up we continued to be charged every single month and you don't even have the decency to credit. I asked for just credit for this and the answer was a big NO! I think that's horrible! Really hurts small businesses like me.

  • In my experience, don't refund when they should
  • In my experience, will choose to chat you back instead of email, which means you don't get a response
  • In my opinion, platform is confusing
