It is a pay-per-usage service with 24/7 technical support.

The IaaS comes with virtualized rack, power, space, connectivity, server hardware, and storage, all accessible through a self-service portal. The vendor allows IT customers to add or remove virtual servers, storage capacity, and metered internet connectivity.
