Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Telesoft is a great tool which can help an organization to lower their cost in terms of IT services, Telecommunications and Billing as well.
Telesoft also provides a 30 day free trial for an organization to access the needs and usage of this tool.
It has been a great tool and very helpful but it eventually depends on the needs of an organization.

  • Stores all the data of the calls
  • Helps moniter the usage of the calls
  • It provides real-time tracking

Cons

  • Higher prices
  • Provides limited access to the data

Telesoft helps a organization to bring all the calls and data needs at one place and help them to access that information although it has limited access but it can be very helpful for an organization.
There is one con I can see is the pricing there that is a Little higher for Medium Scale Businesses. That was the biggest reason we had to switch there.

It helps large business organizations to minimize the cost of corporate telecommunications, IT services and fixed telephonic bills, cloud licenses etc. It also provides an ease of reporting of small decision making within the organization

  • Pricing is on higher end for mid- sized companies
  • Extraction of reports is complex in nature

Well suited for reducing the telephonic bills, calls and call monitoring system is good.
Less suitable for small business owners as the pricing is on higher end

I'm using Telesoft's Telecom Expense Management (TEM) software in our organization to effectively manage and control our telecommunications expenses, including wireless and wireline services. I use the software for basic expense management.
