it always reduce our work. we do more the 200 deliveries in our peak season. calling all the customer is a big hastle. it makes our work so easy that we just copy and paste and be worried free and its very simple to use. one click you can cancel all the calls to customers.

I use the the calling service of Text-Em-All to get messages out to a large group of people quickly. My use is irregular based on the necessity of quick communication with the group.

It works well for getting short messages out quickly, but if a message is longer and needs to have a lot of details added, it doesn't work as well.

Text em all is great for reaching a large audience for announcements, reminders, etc at once. The system is very easy to use and you can save your different templates, messages, etc. This would not be used if you are trying to reach potential customers/ clients.

I use Text-Em-All to alert the 500-plus residents of any ongoing alerts, notices, or emergencies. Before, I would have to try and either individually call everyone, go around and hand deliver notices, or post one paper on the community board. It would take forever and was not efficient. Using Text-Em-All has made it so much easier and more convenient to get messages out to the residents. It's also nice for the residents to text me back. It makes communication with management (I) and the residents quicker and easier.

I had a water line break emergency in the beginning of the year before setting un Text-Em-All. I had to print notices and run around frantically delivering them as the water was being shut off. It was stressful and overwhelming, by the time I finished handing them out the water had been off for at least a hour. Fast forward to now, if there is a water line emergency causing the water to be shut off, I can make a quick call to go out to everyone without stressing and running around. It has made alerting my residents so much easier and quicker. It also allows me to stay in my office and available for residents to call if they have questions.

We use Text-Em-All to communicate internally with our employees. We were using a system where everyone needed to be involved to reach every employee when the school had a snow day. Now, Text-em-All seems like a great solution to replace the old system.

It is very easy to use and set up, I like the interface of the admin console also. Many options.

We use it to reach our employees and applicants. They can also contact us after hours if they are calling out of work or need an immediate response. Most people would rather text than talk over the phone these days, so it's perfect!

Customer service is wonderful. Our representative was very helpful and patient as we set up our account. Text-Em-All is perfect for what we need it for. Before hearing about Text-Em-All, we were using another company, and they were a lot more pricier.

What we love about Text-Em-All is that it allows us to make contact either with the entire congregation or select groups in one easy step. I would recommend Text-Em-All to every church that desires to stay in contact with their congregation.
