Identify, Track and Resolve
- Identify - Exception reporting provides the reason why a record didn't match (ie. 'check already cleared', 'Bank amount and G/L amount differ', 'O/S Check'), enabling users to prioritize for high-exposure items, as well as speeding up research.
- Track - Unmatched items persist until matched ('roll-over' to the next period)
- Resolve - Match exceptions using our 'Point and Click' Matching Window. Enable for tolerance amounts and balancing / offset entries.
Record Type Classification
- Highest possible matching rate with full confidence using Type Classes
- Classifies transactions (ie. Cash, ACH, Wire, Check, V/MC, etc...) and uses Type Classes as an attribute during matching
