We have tried several attendance management solutions in the past but we narrowed down on Truein Time & Attendance for 2 reasons. Face recognition and integration with our payroll. We have a mix of in office and remote employees and this is important because with face recognition employees can also log in remotely. Seamlessly integrates with our current payroll system and their monthly reports give a neat summary of attendance across the organization.
The user interface is also intuitive for employees to directly apply for leaves, half days, shift scheduling specially useful as we also work with international clients. The customer service team is also responsive and quick to incorporate feedback and customize requests.
