Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Mainly our campus uses Uber Eats to order individual lunches. These orders are placed on each employee's individual accounts. This option allows our teachers the option to order out without leaving their classrooms.

Pros

  • Pairs with Great Restaurants
  • Allows Store-to-Door Service
  • Prices are reasonable for app usage

Cons

  • Usage fees can become high
  • Drivers are not always on time
  • Depending on Restaurant, food is cold upon arrival

Likelihood to Recommend

Needing food on a timely basis with schedule, the drivers have done an exceptional job of getting to the campus on time. Receiving food hot or warm, is not always the best.

Uber Eats "delivers" us extra revenue~

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

At Adi's Chinese Food we use Uber Eats to help solve our delivery problems. In the past year, we have found it very hard to keep delivery drivers or enough employees to make our deliveries ourselves so we rely on Uber Eats as a delivery source of our food to our customers. In addition, Uber Eats brings to us a lot of their customers looking for our type of food.

  • Uber Eats does a great job delivering our food to our customers.
  • Uber Eats brings us new customers.
  • Uber Eats has great customers service and a good ordering and delivery platform.

Cons

  • If I could suggest an improvement on Uber Eats it would be to just separate the ready and print button on the tablet as when we are in a hurry we sometimes touch the wrong button creating minor problems.

Likelihood to Recommend

Uber Eats supplies drivers to deliver our food to our customers hot and fresh. Uber Eats also brings us new customers to try our food. They do a great job in our area all year round and ramp up drivers during our busy times. We are glad that we partnered with Uber Eats to help our business grow.
