Unifi has been a force multiplier for us, our techs can spend more time fixing issues and less time traveling.
Cost is low enough that it is easy to convince clients to use it, all the features are great but if your client won't pay for them it doesn't help you.
Clients are happier because we can make network-wide changes while they are on the phone instead of waiting for someone to get out there.
