Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Unily helps increase productivity, management, and collaboration of all users. It makes work more efficient and is very straightforward. We needed something that could integrate with other Microsoft systems and applications. The user experience has been great and the platform is very engaging. Being able to store and maintain data with an entire team is refreshing.

Connects with other Microsoft applications like Sharepoint.

Cons

Notifications can occasionally be delayed.
Sometimes platform can glitch and be buggy.
No other complaints, has been a great experience.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Unily is a great tool that enabled me to communicate and message my group members easier. It's really good to share files, timetables, emails with each other. I really enjoyed the notifications option to always be up-to-date with everything going on, especially if something is urgent or has to be dealt with.

The search option is very useful. You can search a keyword and it will find all related documents, apps, or people. It's really time-saving and you can access certain documents without having someone share them with you. Unily is used to communicate internally in our company. Our employees use it to chat with other staff when in need or just for leisure. Also, Unily is used to conduct meetings and send notifications to all employees in the company. Using Unily is really easy as all the needed tasks can be done in it using its UI and all our needs are covered.

Unily is very suited to get the most of the employees and to get them more productive. Using the social channels makes us drive into innovation through constant communication and then making the employees stay focused on it. Also on the communication part the employees, using Unily makes it super easy to congratulate them on their work and makes sure it is rewarded in time.
