VC4 Service2Create (S2C) manages data for any network infrastructure and topology and brings together physical, logical and service layers for multi-vendor networks. It provides accurate data to support business and operational units – accelerating maintenance and support and helping to plan the network more effectively. It consolidates network inventory and asset data accurately and consistently, using a selection of 10 modules and extensions, for building optimal operations and service delivery within the market. These include Inventory Module, GIS, Leased Line Mangement, IP Management, Telephone Number Management, Integration, Reposrting & Dashboards, Order & Trouble Ticket Management, Impact Analysis, Alarm Management and Warehouse & Spares Management. It also provides consulting and training services to its customers. It currently has partnerships with Minsait, NTT Data, Cyient, Comsof, Ergoman and Palnies etc.
