Use Cases and Deployment Scope

VideoMost provides wide aspects of conducting and attending meetings in the organization. In our organization, we use VideoMost for video conferences. We have online meetings often because of the Covid-19, so we use the VideoMost conferencing system almost every day. During our meetings, we are able to use whiteboards, chat, and make polls.

Pros

  • Online events security.
  • Screen sharing.
  • Big number of participants.

Cons

  • File sharing sometimes can go wrong.

Likelihood to Recommend

Situations where VideoMost is well suited: video conferencing for work, where you can use different modes for speakers. It is convenient to chat during the video session, do screen sharing, and use other tools that are provided. Situations where VM is less suited: video conferencing when you're on your way because you need to have a stable internet connection.

Good video conferencing system

Rating: 9 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use VideoMost to communicate with other departments from other cities. Our chief told us that he had been looking for a system that can match all options that he needed. It was something about price and certain tools. Finally, he found this system of video conferencing.

Pros

  • Wide range of tools
  • Mid-tier price
  • Good video quality

Cons

  • Uploading files in a chat

Likelihood to Recommend

I believe this video conferencing system is appropriate for any business. I work in the marketing team, but as I know several enterprising and IT companies use it too. Moreover, they are also fond of it.

Cheap price, good using

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Our company uses VM for everyday meetings. It is possible to use it on a laptop and on a phone too. It has a free trial period. Pros: 1. Stable connection 2. Easily use 3. Our meetings include from 6 to 17 people. As I know, it has a big limit of participants 4. All recordings of our meetings we store at cloud storage 5. Cheaper than analogs Cons: 1. Sometimes we had problems with chat during session 2. It is often updated

Pros

  • Price
  • Stable connection
  • Big limit of participants

Cons

  • Do updated not so often

Likelihood to Recommend

We use it in the retail sphere. It is convenient to use screen sharing cause we work with lots of chats. I believe it is suitable for all types of companies due to VM's tools. It's difficult to say that it can be inappropriate for somebody because it is a thing that we use almost every day.
