I was once using Webflow in earlier organisation, then discontinued it, and I have started using it again, for my masters thesis project at Akkodis. I have incorporated various interesting tools including Webflow. There are a lot of new features like redesigned UI with simplified color palette, layout controls and I can also use site locales, country combos and translation workflows for the German language, which broadens the site reach.
Pros

- Flexibility with respect to editing with edit mode to build sites efficiently

- I would say the learning curve for people who used older UI is a little confusing because of many changes
- Like i said, more control has brought more complexity and has no simpler menus
- I read that the legacy editor will be deprecated by end of 2025 which will be replaced by new ones that may or may not be free

I use Webflow to manage and upkeep the webpage for my organization. We previously used another service, but Webflow enabled more cohesive upkeep while reducing the need for double-entry of content. The CMS within the program allows me to make a change once, and it updates everywhere. It saves me a lot of time.
Pros
- Saves time- because I don't have to do double entry of content.
- It saves money. I like that it is an all-in-one system, so I don't have to host elsewhere.
- Flexibility - Webflow provides me with a lot of flexibility in my webpage design, allowing me to adjust pages as needed, depending on the content types.
Cons
- Not intuitive- I've used a lot of content systems, but this one had a huge learning curve.
- Custom blocks don't allow for easy reusing across the site. I've accidentally changed content on other pages many times because I was trying to use a design element that was tied to something else.
- Double not intuitive- it can be really challenging to find things.
Return on Investment
- Better SEO so people find my page better organically.
