There are some challenges that are encountered on a daily basis. Chiropractic is a separate LLC so we constantly have to toggle back and forth between clinics which causes the system to often freeze.

WebPT products are easy to learn and have a great user interface. The products are very helpful and streamline the patient experience, from scheduling to discharge.

Inconsistent appointment texts

No- Our package includes auto texts directly to patient phones reminding them of their appointments. Per our patients, the texts are inconsistent (sometimes they receive a text and other times they don’t) and sometimes texts are for the wrong dates/times that don't match our schedule.
