Easy, simple, and user friendly product for all!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Wellable is being used across the whole organization. It helps add a bit more content and excitement to our wellness program, not to mention provides an opportunity to connect with fellow coworkers during this WFH era.

Pros

  • The user interface for both user and administrator.
  • Ability to view Wellable challenges through phone app.

Cons

  • Currently our organization is using Microsoft Teams to communicate and share files improvement our workflow while we all WFH. If Wellable somehow came out with an app that would work with Teams I think that would be huge!

Wellable for the health and well-being of employees!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We currently use Wellable across our entire organization as a health initiative for our employees. Wellable helps our employees easily track their activity/steps and then converts those steps into a point system that we use to reward our employees on a monthly basis based off of their point value. We also use Wellable throughout the year to do different challenges to help promote the health and well-being of all our employees.

Pros

  • Wellable makes it so easy for us to manage this program. They make it so that we have very little to do on our end to keep the program running smoothly. It really helps us continue to focus on the business while still being able to offer a great program like this.

Cons

  • We have not experienced anything with Wellable that we feel needs to be improved or changed.

Likelihood to Recommend

Wellable is great for any company to use to help manage a healthy initiative to employees. They have a simple app that employees can download directly to their cell phone in order to help keep on top of the program for themselves. They also help us head up different wellness challenges throughout the year. We really love that they are the ones to select the winners of the challenges, as it helps keep us a neutral party when it comes to announcing the winners of the specific challenges.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Wellable as a tool to promote health and wellness within our Corporate team. We see it as an asset for not only our current employee's health and wellness, but also as an incentive to potential hires as is signals that we support their individual health needs. In addition to our ongoing monthly individual challenges, we have annual challenges where employees complete in pairs or teams. We really like how Wellable's points system allows people to compete in these events using the activities that are most accessible to them as individuals as some of our team have mobility issues.

Pros

  • Their platform is very user friendly.
  • I am able to easily support people with their questions.
  • Their customer service team is phenomenal, corresponding quickly and answering questions completely.
  • The platform supports a variety of activities.

Cons

  • I'd like to see an email announcing the launch of a new monthly focus as part of the continuous wellness program's standard email communication.
  • Some of our users have issue with the device not synching automatically after a period of time.

We love the variety of activities Wellable offers and the secondary platforms it's able to connect to. All of our team members were able to use link the apps that they were already using to the Wellable platform. Even our team members that do not use wearable devices can go in and manually input their exercises to receive points. This makes it accessible for all users.

We wanted to have a competitive wellness program to encourage Team Member engagement and well-being. Wellable definitely makes our Team Members feel valued for engaging in wellness-promoting behaviors.

  • Price is excellent

  • Broad list of possible integrations
  • True, wellness-focused event programs

Cons

  • Pretty simplistic, so would limit customers looking for significant customization
  • Lacking a vast community, so no option for cross-company events

Wellable is a great tool for smaller organizations looking to implement a company wellness program. It's easy to implement, simple to work with, and truly promotes good wellness behaviors. The limited platform might not be well-suited to vast organizations or those looking to participate in a large intra-organizational wellness community.

Great platform, even better support

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Wellable for a small team in the office. Since the start of the pandemic with everybody working from home, it has been very helpful to have a platform that can help us promote engagement and socialization among team members. The pre-designed challenges save us a lot of time and enable us to continuously switch things up, preventing the program from going stale.

  • None! Our team really loves it.

Likelihood to Recommend

Wellable worked well for us when we were still in the office, but definitely shines now that we can't meet face-to-face. The bulletin board and email reminders do a good job of keeping participants engaged and informed.
