Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use WiseStamp for our Signature "box" in our business G Suite emails. It's intuitive, easy to design, and comes with good options for creating a polished look with great brand awareness. They have many templates and options that make it your own. I am very impressed and satisfied with this service.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

WiseStamp has made email signature stress a thing of the past! It was very easy to setup and worked seamlessly with Microsoft. It's super fast and easy to make updates to employee phone numbers or other information. It's setup in a user friendly fashion that doesn't require a lot of tech support which is exactly what we need a small business with limited time but 30 emails to manage!

The support has been wonderful, and the ability now to create a customized signature for a reasonable price has only increased my recommendation of their service. We use WiseStamp to create standardized signatures across our organization. The platform allows us to integrate with Office 365 and use information for each employee so that they cannot change what their signature looks like. This allows us to ensure that our signatures all have a consistent look to our customers and vendors.

I use WiseStamp for my business and personal emails to make me stand out to all potential customers. I love the product although when I do need to make changes which isn't often It is sometimes hard to remember how to navigate the system .... I figure it out but I get challenged. Cheers.

Not sure because I think it is on the customer, but maybe if it was easier to remember how we created the signature to then go back and adjust lines?

We were having major issues with users adopting their own use of logos, fonts and colours. Using WiseStamp allowed us to clear all this up and organize the types of signatures based on department and role. Syncing with our email manager also allowed us to control active users.

We use it to create professional signatures for all our client-facing employees. It helped us to ensure a clean, consistent, and accurate signatures and to drive traffic to our websites. We were able to create a unique signature for our corporate employees, but also our individual franchises. We also created custom banners for our sales team.

Pros

Makes my signature look professional.
Offers a wide variety of templates.
Allows SMBs like mine to play with the big dogs.

Cons

The integration with Gmail can be highly confusing because installing the wrong extension won’t work.
Offering cheaper plans if I just need a single signature template.
Offering icons for the newer social platforms like Bluesky and Mastadon.

WiseStamp solves a unique little problem. Uniform external presence for company email communication. And they do this with leveraging other SaaS capabilities which makes it amazing. People always notice the templating that allows for the communication uniformity, but I want to point out two more reasons: compliance (because of standard boiler text that you ensure is there in all outgoing communications) and inadvertently information leakage by whatever signature format any individual decides to use. So it is not only about aesthetics.

Like every tool of such kind, the user needs to adapt to the tool and not the opposite
