Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Use it for finding a wide array of jobs in sales and construction. Like the personality profile and rankings system. Ease of use on the app is also a plus. Syndication with other sites is also a pro for us.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

WizeHire has been an amazing resource for our team in getting our jobs out to the greatest amount of applicants and allowing our team to accurately organize and track candidate pipelines. The personality assessment and ability to add prerequisites for candidates to select have allowed our recruiters to significantly cut down on the amount of time it takes to screen all resumes individually for qualifications.

Cons

  • Candidates can apply for the same role more than once, and I'd like that not to be allowed
  • The DISC is not as accurate as others, like Ableson.
  • Candidates can apply without a resume and that's frustrating

Wizehire is an amazing applicant tracking system for organization and follow-up. I appreciate being able to add prerequisite questions for easy overviews of qualifications. The personality assessment is a great touch to have upfront in the application process. I love the Kanban view and customizations to track candidates in a way that makes sense for our organization.
