Recognition for coworkers and other members of the organization I work on projects with.

Again, Workhuman is a very easy and quick way to thank and recognize colleagues. I do think that people forget to use it and it should be promoted more by supervisor or the company overall.

Workhuman is used as a trustworthy, easy, and smart resource, a tool that allows you to celebrate collaborators and colleagues in the company's portal, either you want to offer them rewards (through a points program) or simply leave them a message (that can be public or private) to highlight their habilities, comradery, and let them know they're value!

It is definitely very well suited for cases like how my company uses it (which is a platform to celebrate colleagues and peers within the company, public or privately—depending on your choice). It feels good to write a review on someone I care about and want to celebrate. Maybe it would be less appropriate if the reviews were to be mandatorily public, but I don't know if that even exists.

We use this application to recognize our team members formally. This provides visibility to the good work that our team is performing. It also allows each team member to focus on positive outcomes instead of the shortcomings of any particular effort. We use this tool to also assist us in forming a habit of recognition. It is hard to remember to thank someone for their time and help. This tool helps.

Workhuman is well suited for creating a team culture that is reliant on feedback and improvement. Team members can see that others are doing well, which may cause others to think positively about their work. Where it may not do well is if the team does not understand the reasoning behind this tool and sees giving recognition as a job requirement.

Workhuman is great product for recognizing collogues in organizations. You can recognize your collegues who help you to complete some project, or upskilling or any thing. Also, you can recognize someone who performed well through out period and you want provide feedback for the same.

We use this software for employee recognition and awards. It is very user friendly and allows you to leave personalized messages for the recipients. The awards have categories to select from with recommendations of levels. The recognition is then sent to an approver that allows you to give them a personalized message on why you chose the recipient/s. It then allows you to make the recognition public for the company with your message for the recipient or you can keep the message private for the recipient to see only.

Only have used this software for employee recognition and awards. It is pretty straightforward from beginning to end with lots of options. Would recommend for any business.

We use it in place of spot bonuses and adjusted compensation. As a way to say thank you from the higher level positions to lower level positions / earners.

Workhuman is great for lower level employees who dont have budget power to congratulate co workers

We use Workhuman to recognize value added contribution by co-workers and depending on the impact, we assign them the level of recognition.
This method encourages team members to go beyond and work efficiently while still maintaining their focus and other deliverables.
Options to redeem the points as products or coupons is great as employees can utilize the received points as they seem fit.
It's just that the products available in portal is expensive and coupons are more economical and most products are outdated.

Its best suited to recognize colleague who did a great job and work anniversaries.

The range of recognition and flexibility could be improved

Workhuman is a great way to recognize people in your organize. It is also a great way for peers to see what their coworkers are being recognized for.
Workhuman is also discreet in the amount of points that someone has been rewarded. It can be used by leaders to encourage hard work, thinking outside the box, and many other ways of recognition.

It is a great way to recognize employees for a job well done.
But it can also bother some people that think they are going above and beyond, but their leader is not interested in using the reward program.

We use Workhuman to recognize colleagues who go above and beyond in their day-to-day roles. It is a way for us to show gratitude to those who make our jobs easier and more enjoyable. We not only get to feel fulfilled by recognizing each other, but we also feel appreciated when we receive recognition.
