Overall, I like their task manager, learning, and all the communications tools that are in-built. Enables my HR team to manage all employees, including those in the field and working remotely; it's easy to assign tasks and keep track of them. I also like it's a one-stop shop that makes it easy for team members to regularly check their roster, submit availability requests get training, and complete surveys on time. The support team is wonderful and very proactive.
Pros
Super Easy to set up everything.
Convenient for sharing any information across any department.
Manage hundreds of field and remotely working employees easily.
Improves collaboration and teamwork as its a one stop shop.
Cons
No major dislike, I like how the updates are done constantly to add up new features.
Great support system that is very proactive and user friendly.

Simple to use as an end-user, a Top-Notch security feature allows us to authenticate every user. It increases productivity and lowers the operation cost. The intuitive user interface makes it easy for our HR team to manage all employees in the field or remote working by assigning tasks and having a follow back.
WorkJam is being used Group-wide for us. WorkJam is still a new implementation for us so we primarily use it as a communication tool at the moment, although we are looking to utilise more features such as Training.
The problem it addresses for us at the moment is employee engagement and communication, especially that organic day-to-day communication that wouldn't necessarily be useful over email. It definitely has enhanced cross-team communication.
Pros
The basic functionality is similar to other mainstream social media apps so it has a low learning curve for users.
The mobile interface looks sleek and modern.
The channel function makes it easy to set up different user groups.
Cons
Signing into the mobile app using SSO is not particularly user friendly.
The restrictions on file sizes, particularly for video, can be tricky to navigate around.
Likelihood to Recommend
WorkJam is a great communication tool if you are not after all the bells and whistles that other similar apps have. It is good for top-down communication and engagement (centrally controlled with a handful of power users) and should not be confused with just a regular message tool like Google Chat.
