Industry standard, but not necessarily the best
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use WorkWave PestPac as our main productivity software. All of our customer information goes through WorkWave PestPac. We use it for customer service, scheduling, routing our employees, documenting our work, documenting customer interaction, billing, lead tracking, and even marketing. We even integrate it with other software platforms, such as our phone systems.
Pros
- Easy to search for a customer by many different data points
- Has a lot of customization features, such as naming service types and preset notes
Cons
- Not very user friendly
- Reports are difficult to create and figure out
- Not easy to find the correct place to go for things such as settings or data points

Return on Investment
- WorkWave PestPac has certainly improved our time management by getting us off of paper scheduling. It allows us to map and easily move appointments which makes our techs more efficient
- Having all documentation stored digitally and be locked to the correct account helps us stay compliant
