Pros

Event Registration - you can control ticket numbers, prices for members and non-members. You can also sort event tickets by category (i.e., sponsor or attendee).
Support Team - when you submit a ticket for support you can expect a response within an hour. They also have a live chat everyday at 3 PM.
Training - there are hundreds of videos and tutorials on how to do everything instead of waiting for an implementation advisor to instruct you.

Cons

Building Your Website - they can only do so much for you, other than that you are on your own. You have to teach yourself how to get things done via tutorials and videos.
So many functions - there is A LOT of capabilities on this software, however i feel like it is impossible to figure out everything that you can use. Once again, it goes back to having to play support team for yourself.

Event registration has sky-rocketed by giving our members the ability to do business online.
