Zen Planner is the way to go for Gym owners
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
Zen Planner is what our Jujitsu gym uses to keep track of attendance. This is very helpful with having hundreds of students that all need to record attendance. Currently we have 2 tablets that you can use at the school, or you can log in right from the app on your phone. Zen Planner also is able to show upcoming classes, or even special events that need to be registered for. From the desktop site, you can see how many classes you have attended over a certain period to keep track of progress as well.
Pros
- Being able to log in from a phone saves quite a bit of time
- If I want to see if there is an upcoming class I can check in on the app
- I can have multiple accounts for any company that uses Zen Planner without having to download a separate app to log in.
Cons
- The only thing I would like to see, is the ability to see my entire attendance from the app. I can view it on the desktop though.
Likelihood to Recommend
I have used Zen Planner at 3 different Jujitsu schools. Every school that has used it, has had great success in keeping their attendance records straight for their students. This is great when promotions are coming up, or special seminars that need to reach everyone.
I don't know that Zen Planner is a great product for places that don't need to communicate with their clients on a regular basis.
