Customer service is very good. They always respond quickly and even accept suggestions to improve the product. Support is offered via email, but we also have calls with our account manager, which is very helpful.
The ZiftONE platform is useful for social media and email marketing. The device has great functionality and is simple to operate. Market exposure is increased since more people may be reached via email and social media. We are able to gain valuable insight into our ongoing efforts thanks to its email monitoring and reporting system. The volume of emails sent every month is also satisfactory. It's a comprehensive resource for helping customers make choices. All the years we have used this tool to communicate with our trading partners, there have been zero issues.
We use it as a portal for syndication of content from our social networks with our business partners. Business partners allow us to select the topics that can be published on our social networks and also the date and time in which they can be scheduled, in this way it is easy to track the publications.

ZiftONE platform helps in email marketing as well as social media campaigns. The product provides excellent features and is easy to use. It helps gain market visibility by reaching a potential audience through emails and social media. It also has an email tracking and reporting system that provides helpful insights on the campaigns which we already run. Email sending quota is also good in numbers. Overall the product is really good.

The automation process for the email campaigns and social media posts is a great example of how well the TPMA solution works. We are very pleased with the ease of managing our contacts as well as the analytics for each of the campaigns we set up. It is also very easy to manage additional users and administer their access privileges
Zift Solutions Through Partner Marketing Automation provides us relevant industry content and a vehicle for posting it with very little intervention required. Not only does this save time, but it is also a more efficient use of our online platforms, and provides followers with current and timely information. Again, for us, TPMA provides relevant industry content in a timely fashion that is posted online. I believe it is extremely well suited for this and as such is an excellent complement to an organization's overall marketing strategy. Being able to provide more content more often is always a welcome option and would enhance the current offering.

We would absolutely recommend utilizing Zift Solutions TPMA. The platform is built with all the tools needed for prospect outreach, contact management, and incorporating vendor content.
I used the premade email templates by customizing them to have my company's headers and content. Also used their email blast feature which does a terrific job of allowing me to create distribution lists and it summarizes the results of the email blasts. Such as who opened, clicked, bounced, etc. My company uses the CRM Zoho which is limited to how many emails it can send and options for creating templates.

When you need some sample templates to use, and have many distribution lists, it's (Zift Solutions TPMA) is well suited to provide you with all of the above including good summary results.
We use it to get leads from the vendor and update them on current projects. With Zift we can make sure nothing gets missed and everyone has all the information they need to be able to update managers and they get the most up-to-date information. We also can use it to pass information back if it's something we can't use.

If you have a partner that needs specific information on leads/projects this is a great way to make all parties happy. It's not needed if you don't need to see any notes or see how far along something is. It's great if you need to keep things organized and have access quickly.
I use Zift to send emails to my customers for many different product lines. If I ever run into problems they have excellent customer service to help resolve the issue. Very easy to use and I have seen great results. I would highly recommend Zift for all you constant customers contact.

I think Zift is suited for any scenarios where you need to send customers and email. The dashboard is very easy to use and seeing the results of these campaigns is useful. I like how it shows if the lead is a positive lead. The whole process of sending an email is very easy and able to complete quickly.
