Functional, but not much more
Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We started using Zoho Mail after we started using their CRM. The thought being that having everything integrated from one provider would allow for greater efficiency and productivity. Email is an integral component of our client communication and using the email solution that was "built in" to the CRM seemed to be appropriate.
Pros
- Seamless integration with the Zoho CRM
- Easy to create and share templates
- Ability to share email drafts with colleagues to get feedback
Cons
- Labelling and sorting emails is not on par with their competitors offerings
- Email tracking does not seem to work reliably
- Sent and received emails are not always visible in the CRM
Likelihood to Recommend
Zoho email is very suited to collaborative work. With the ability to quickly and easily share email drafts with colleagues and superiors, it provides an easy and practical way to get emails reviewed, and if needed edited before they are sent.
It does not seem to do a great job in terms of being able to sort and label emails, especially compared to some of its competitors.
