Zuken E3.series

E3.series provides an electrical design environment that supports advanced requirements for documentation, cabinet and wire harness design and manufacturing outputs. It facilitates an efficient and accurate electrical engineering process for electrical schematic design and documentation, fluid planning, cable plan­ning, electrical cabinet design ,as well as wire harness design and manufactur­ing. The object-oriented architecture helps eliminate errors, improves quality, and reduces the design time, it also provides engineers with a methodology that helps them continuously synchronise their design, development, testing, and production processes.

E3.Series projects include all of the following view options: circuit diagrams, fluid flow diagrams, wiring diagrams, control cabinet layouts or true-to-size nailboard drawings. All views are dynamically updated when changes are made anywhere on the design. The modular architecture of the E3.series makes it easy to create a consistent solution for all electrical engineering requirements in machinery and equipment manufacturing.

Specialized E3.series applications are available for the specific electrical engineering requirements of cable harness development in vehicle construction, allowing for the creation of hierarchically structured circuit diagrams and cable plans, as well as complete production documentation on a scale of 1 to 1. All related documents such a parts list, list of wires, cover sheet (table-of-contents), and documentation are permanently linked. So all documentation is up to date as soon as design changes are made.

The software is available through Zuken with licensing, subscription and support options to meet various business objectives and support needs - whatever a business's size and budget.
