Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It helps us collect data on our websites and build dashboards. Product owners can then view the dashboards to determine how their product or certain features are performing. We use Adobe Analytics on all of our client facing websites at the firm.

Collects data on our front end websites
Easy to build dashboards within the tool

It is hard to be stuck using evars or props

Return on Investment

Improved marketing - we are able to measure how well campaigns are performing

Likelihood to Renew

Because we like to use it but it is still limiting in some ways. Like the fact that we have to tie all data to evars or props. We can often get stuck with old data coming into a prop that we had changed the purpose for.

Usability

It is pretty easy to use but there can still be times that it is confusing.

It's good to use for me as an engineer when I want to check if values are being collected correctly from the rules I set up in Adobe launch. I also like to use it to debug if something is coming in incorrectly. I can break down what page or URL is giving the incorrect value.
