Overall Satisfaction with DraftSight
We are a small company and I'm the only technical engineer that uses DraftSight and Solidworks to develop mechanical parts. My technical colleagues work in other fields, firmware and software.
For me DraftSight is an easy to use instrument that can compete with the more powerful SolidWorks. With DraftSight I can easily exchange files with customers and suppliers.
Pros
- Easy to use because interface is like AutoCAD
- No bugs and no crashes
- Open any dwg file
Cons
- Improve print process, sometimes is not so easy to set line and colors
- Icons are not so clear and are too small
- It is easy to exchange dwg file with my customers and suppliers.
We selected DraftSight because it is less expensive.
