Overall Satisfaction with Optimizely

It is used by the whole organization to support testing for different brands.

Pros

  • Intuitive enough to set up a simple A/B test for any user
  • Being able to selecting testing components on the site
  • Reporting
  • Debugging feature

Cons

  • Debugging feature could be improved. It doesn't always work perfectly!
  • Money saved on not implementing design changes
  • Implementing design changes that resulted in increased conversion rate
It can be used across brands or teams for doing one or multiple tests and learnings from one can be applied to others, so it is very scalable.
It is simple to understand, so simple A/B tests can be set up by anyone.
Well suited for anyone wanting to do experimentation.
